Nineteen year old, Jen had dreams of starting college and settling into her first apartment when they become shattered after a hit-and-run accident lands her in a coma for a week.
Upon awakening, she's horrified to discover the police have hit a dead end in their search for the driver, and her own memory of the incident is frustratingly vague.
As time passes and the case is closed, Jen's anger turns into determination. She embarks on her own investigation, convinced that someone must have witnessed or heard something that fateful night.
Her singular goal is to find the driver, but little does she know that her quest will lead her down an unexpectedly perilous path to the truth.
Jen only wanted justice, but what she uncovers may be far more than she bargained for.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 6, 2023I like the book very
much.I like the way the person did her investigation to find out what happened to her. She fused to give up and with all these twists and turns she got and found the love of her life.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2021Everything Led Me To You by Sara Kate is a story about a young woman who is the victim of a hit and run. After being in a coma, Jen is dismayed to hear that the police aren’t really looking for the person who hit her and decides to take matters into her own hands. Is she putting her life into danger? Will she find the person but be able to move on?
This novel was emotionally gripping, I could feel Jen’s emotions, from her frustration to her fear. She’s a strong woman who knows what she needs to accomplish and that’s very relatable. This is a shorter book and I read it all in one sitting. I really enjoyed it.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 7, 2022Everything Led Me to You is a faced paced, intriguing mystery/romance. The MC Jen is easily one of the most relatable characters I have read in a long time. Her actions, and the consequences that come from them, are believable and keep the reader invested in turning the next page. Breezy, engaging and fun, Everything Led Me to You makes for a great afternoon or weekend read.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 5, 2021Great gift for my teenage nieces to enjoy!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2022This boom pulls you and and the thrill is definitely there. The main character is strong from being in a hit and run coma to waking up and wanting to find the one(s) responsible. There were so many twists that it just kept you on your toes. I couldn't put this down until I finished it. I read it all in one sitting which is hard for me to do normally. That's how good this is.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 12, 2021I think the premise for this story was very unique, so I enjoyed that aspect. In addition, there were short chapters, so that made me fly through this one. I liked that the main character was relentless in her pursuit for justice.
The only part that was confusing was that, up until the end, there was only one narrator and then there were multiple. It made sense for the plot, but that just confused me for a second.
Would recommend for fans of You!
- Reviewed in the United States on August 31, 2021Thank you to the author for sending me a copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion. Overall, this book was a good read. The plot was intriguing and the writing was pretty good. There were a few parts that just weren't my taste so it's not a new favorite, but I enjoyed reading it. It's a nice, quick read. I recommend giving it a go if you need something short and easy. The plot was intriguing.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 6, 2021I am so loving your book. Yes I gotta say that the character Jennifer Russo is on a mission. I mean she is literally doing a job that's not her job. Yes trying to find out who crashed into her in a hit and run accident is mind boggling. I mean she was almost killed. If I was in her situation I would of done the same thing. Nice contents and great cover picture. I am almost finished reading the book. Again Great Job!

5.0 out of 5 stars Loved it!
This story begins with a bang, or more appropriately, a slam. Main character Jen is enjoying a late night drive to her friends house when she’s involved in a head on collision. After waking up in hospital, she finds out she’s been a coma for a week, and worse, she wasn’t just in an accident… she was the victim of a hit and run.
What follows is a heart felt story of recovery, and also wanting answers. I like the blend between genres, keeping you on your toes with each page. From drama to thriller, unexpected romance and reveals. It’s all carefully crafted, and each chapter ends on a different note, making it hit harder when a truth is revealed.
The pacing earns a little love too, making sure that whatever does come plays well into Jena recovery and quest for answers, but at the same time, not overwhelming.
Absolute great read.
