I was born in Seattle but raised in North Carolina since I was eight. I started work on my first novel when I was nineteen while living in Wrightsville Beach, North Carolina. The novel developed into a series as I continued to develop the plotlines and characters. When not writing, I work as a welder in the Raleigh, NC area. I'm a welder and a writer because I love working with my hands and creating a story. Writing is a lost art that I enjoy. The ideas I come up with are found when I found myself enjoying the beauty of this world like long walks on the beach or watching the sunset. I care deeply about the plot and characters which I believe are what makes a story great.

    Tim and Haze were best friends. They had fell in love as teens. They we're each very different people in many ways.
    Tim's parents got arrested and went to jail. Being that Tim's family's dysfunctional and his parents were put in jail. Tim got adopted but his adopted family lived far away in another state.
    Tim was very sad not to be able to have his best friend and love of his live. I hope the two meet again. This book is a well written page turner. It's entertaining and emotional

At first I was discouraged because the main characters were 12 years old but when I continued reading I got hooked with the story. I wanted to know what happened to Tim and Haze at the end.
