Elle E. Kay is an Angel Award-winning Christian fiction author known for her gripping suspense and engaging romance novels. She lives on a hobby farm in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, three dogs, and a variety of farm animals. A devoted follower of Christ, Elle is actively involved in her church's youth ministry and shares her love of Jesus through music.

Her writing journey began with non-fiction, poetry, and children's books before she made her Christian fiction debut in 2016. Since then, she has written 24 novels in the genre.

Elle is the author of the Endless Mountain and Pennsylvania Parks series, both romantic suspense collections set in Pennsylvania’s scenic Appalachians.

    Great collection of stories that I’ve read when they got released. Adventure, love and some surprises. I really loved it.

    Book 1 is "Lawfully Held". Justine and Brady's love story is exciting. She is an FBI Special Agent from Virginia who goes to Arizona, to place her mother, who has dementia, in a nursing home. He is a State Trooper. Through a series of misunderstandings, Brady arrests Justine. She has misplaced her credentials and has left her purse with her cell phone at the nursing home. When he finds out she really is an FBI Agent, he is embarrassed! After a series of bombs are located and disarmed, they realize they have fallen in love. He is willing to move to Virginia to be with her and she is willing to move to Arizona to be with him. They are both selfless. Their dogs, Lindy and Blitz love to be together. This book is filled with mystery, suspense, action and danger, but Justine and Brady conquer everything together. Elle did a lot of research for this book including FBI Agents, including dismantling bombs and training dogs, to State Troopers as well as a romance working out after only a few weeks, with God's Blessings.

    Book 2 is "Lawfully Defended". Diego and Marguerite's love story is magnificent. Diego is an FBI agent and Marguerite is the first female SWAT team member. They meet at her first SWAT assignment. They fall in love, but he realizes she is not a Christian and since he is, he realizes they would be unequally yoked. They break up and she speaks to her sister, Florence, and goes to Church with her and accepts Jesus. Florence is married to Travis, and they have 3 children. Elena is Diego's sister, and she is married to his best friend, Chaz. When they both put Christ first, it made it easier to please each other, since they are both trying to please God. Of course, in the end things work out great for them. Elle taught us about being an FBI agent, being on a SWAT team, human trafficking, and accepting Jesus, giving the simple plan of salvation.

    Book 3 is "Lawfully Guarded". Trent and Delaney's love story is timeless. Delaney is a billionaire's daughter, whose sister, Courtney, is kidnapped. Trent is hired as her bodyguard. They end up at a party at her sister, Reagan's, house and she introduces him as her fiancé. Instead of apologizing, she asks him to marry her so she will get her inheritance. To protect her, they go to Vegas and are married. They have both fallen in love but are waiting for the other one to say it first. She is not a Christian, but Trent has the pleasure of leading her to Jesus. Her sister is found. Then, Delaney is kidnapped. Trent is the one to find her and rescue her. Elle once again teaches us about kidnapping, deception by friends, greed for money and how to be a perfect bodyguard.

    If you enjoy romances with mystery, suspense, murders, and deception, this is a good series for you. I recommend it as well as all of Elle's books to everyone.
