    Victoriously Yours is the fourth book in this incredible series, and this is Jonas and Mackenzie’s story. This is a very well written emotional roller coaster , second chance romance . Jonas and Kenzie attended the same high school and agrees to a bet which destroys Kenzie life. These two cross paths again after a decade when Kenzie join Jonah’s hotel as a chef. The story was a page turner and an enjoyable read.

    I already enjoyed the other book in this series so it was a no-brainer when I chose to read this one. I was looking forward to seeing who the next 'Titan' would be. I was excited for it to be Jonas. I have to say he was a bit of an alphahole and not in a good way but I did enjoy watching him change as his story progressed with Kenzie. Kenzie...I loved her. But your girl had some baggage she had to let go of. I loved seeing her overcome things from that her past that were causing her problems in her life. I did enjoy this story the chemistry between Jonas and Kenzie was very delicious. I definitely recommend this for a quick read.

    This is the fourth book in this incredible series, and this is Jonas and Mackenzie’s story. These two attended the same high school, and when Jonas agreed to a bet concerning Kenzie who is a preachers’ daughter, a tape is released which destroys Kenzie’s life, and she is kicked out by her family, which understandable left her in dire straits. Jonas is now a playboy, hotel developer, who is a womanizer, and after 10-years these two cross paths again when Kenzie is one of the chefs in a tournament for a winner to become chef in Jonas’s new hotel. Both characters have trust issues, and the attractive between the, is tangible. This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster, with family, animosity, tension, trauma, secrets, twists, drama, and love, which leads to a riveting and addictive page turner. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

    This book has all the feels and the author does a beautiful job at tackling hard circumstances. She beautifully navigates the issue of mental illness with love and understanding. As someone who has a personal battle with mental illness this is a tough issue to read about but I was very appreciative of how the author handled it.

    At the start of the book we meet Jonas who has an unfavorable past and a line of conquests a million miles long. He takes on a dare to not only make the unpopular girl more presentable but also to deflower her. Mackenzie thinks that he could be the one until she finds out her transgression has been broadcasted to the entire school and from there it seems her life is on a downward spiral. Jump to the future and both Jonas and Mackenzie have moved on, Jonas as a titan/hotel mogel and Kenzie as a chef just trying to land a huge contract. Unfortunately, fate seems to have other plans as the contract Mackenzie wants just so happens to be working for Jonas, the seemingly devil himself.

    Unfortunately there are no winners in this game they play. As secrets are unraveled and the past exposed it seems that the past may not be all it seems. With everything on the line can Jonas and Mackenzie find their happy ever after? Or was their relationship doomed from the start?

    As I started reading the book I truly did not like Jonas at all. Not his character or his moral compass. Yet by the end of the book I could begin to understand him more as well as soften up my feelings towards him. That is a feat in and of itself for an author to successfully do. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series. If you like mystery, suspense, and what seems like a love gameshow then you will love this book.

    I liked the idea, two broken characters who come together and try to find a way to love through their brokenness. However, I did not really get a connection in the last half of the book. The first half was okay, although personally I just don't like my book relationships to start that rough. I did not like the daughter popping up out of nowhere. I get that sometimes you don't want to lay out the fmc's damage on the first page but there were no hints or anything pointing to more fallouts from the beginning scene. It just felt like she was created to add more drama and then you could just tell there was going to be some kind of meeting with the fact that she had his coloring. I also didn't like in the end where it didnt seem like he knew about her attempted suicide. It was a rough addition, but it did flow with the story. I would have just rather that he be the one to find her, or someone call him and tell him what happened. It felt like it was swept under the rug and his actions didn't ever come with consequences when he threatened to take custody. Maybe there could have been mention of couple's therapy at the end?

    Victoriously Yours is the fourth book in the Titans of Manhattan series by Anise Storm. I have loved this series from the get-go, so it was always a given that I would be diving into this book as soon as it hit my kindle.
    This story is an engrossing contemporary romance with a second chances element, as well as enemies to lovers, painful past history, hurt, tension, chemistry, sparks, sizzle, emotion, major secrets, angst, revenge, and dramatic revelations. The story was heart-wrenching at time, where I really felt for both the characters. Some of the subject-matter could be considered triggers for some readers, such as mental health issues, addiction, and humiliation- so be warned. This is not a light and fluffy read. These two have been through the wringer.
    Though, I have to be honest, even though Jonas has intrigued me throughout the series and I wanted to know more, he didn’t immediately impress me here. He was a real douchecanoe there for a while….. While I was reading, I began to worry that I would be left hating him. But as the story progressed and I learned more about him, he began to change my opinion, and I understood him so much better. And by the end, he and I were good...
    Jonas isn’t my favourite Titan, but that’s because he has some really stiff competition in that department lol, but I am really glad we got his story. I loved Kenzie right away… and really felt for everything she had gone through. I just wanted to hug her so tight. Life is cruel sometimes. So glad she got her second chance at finding happiness.
    Colour me hooked on this series! So, bring on Book #5, “Scandalously Yours”- I need it now!
