When he realizes the problem, things become beyond difficult.

    It has been a while since I read an angsty book. CJ, the son of Tag and Kennedy, and Amelia (Lia) the daughter of Cal and Piper were friends for most of their lives... until friendship was not enough. One girlfriend started a casket of events that made them find love together. I loved this book. I am curious if we will have books for the other kids.

    Lia loves her job as a penguin keeper at the aquarium. She also loves her best friend CJ, but he doesn't know it. CJ is a police officer and can't figure out what's wrong with Lia.

    CJ and Lia have been in one another's life for as long as they can remember. Their families are friends and they call each other's parents aunt and uncle, although they are not related. Their families have seen what they haven't for years. After Lia and CJ have a big argument, maybe it's time for them to end their friendship, or realize what's missing in their lives!

    This is book 4 of the Healing Mountain series, and while reading the series gives you background in the families' lives, it can be read and enjoyed as a stand alone also.
