As if finding out her boyfriend Billy had been killed in an automobile accident was not bad enough, Kate soon found out that he had been across town, with another girl, at four a.m. at the time. Terry had been driving his precious car that he would not even let Kate drink her coffee in.
Together with her best friends Connie, Linda, and Stella, she decides to solve this mystery. The plot thickens when she finds out that Terry, had been shot. Kate was then accused of being a stripper, then, arrested for attempted murder. It was a good thing that Billy was there to help them. Did I forget to mention? He came back in ghost form.

Carol Colbert - I was born in Detroit, Michigan. I have a Bachelor's of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement and Associates of Applied Science in Homeland Security/Emergency Management. I have beautiful grandchildren and have traveled extensively. At one time we lived in Las Vegas, but the rest of my years have been spent in Michigan and all of my books give a nod to the downriver area. I am an active member of the Sisters In Crime Organization, Michigan Author's Group and the Detroit Writer's Collective.

While the Ghost Series books (6) are fantasy, the first book in the series, Ghost House, is based on my real life experience in a haunted house. All of my books, to date 51, are set in Michigan. If you enjoy my books, I would appreciate a review on Amazon.
