    In Book 3 of the series, action moves rapidly among several sets of characters. ForeSender Rusty is still trapped in Earth’s galaxy far from home. As her memory—and her transformative powers—finally begin to return, she now has a singular goal: returning to her home and family. Meanwhile, her now-grown children, Galindra and Salith, engage in a deadly multi-species battle on Planet Calistra in which friend and foe from many species clash. Humans originally sent to conquer the planet are now trapped there and, to survive, must form an alliance with the magic-wielding ForeSenders. This story is still filled with action and intrigue, but with each book the depth of the characters increases and the reader becomes more invested in their future. Looking forward to the next book!

    The books picks up well from where the second left off making it a nice continuation. I like it when books start where another left off like that.
    The writing style still doesn't gel with me a times. It seems like an okay story so far, but like the second, you must read the ones that came before to garner the full grasp of the context. It's an okay story, but may be not for me.

    There is so much going on in this book. Never a dull moment. The story begins after the epic battle scene from Book 2 and Murphy again ups the stakes. I'm halfway through the story, but so far, it is a great read yet again and have no qualms awarding it 5 stars even though I haven't finished. Murphy never ceases to amaze me with his prose and storytelling ability. Highly recommend for lovers of fantasy mash-ups. This is a series that stays with you.
