UNTIL JUDE by KL Shandwick is such a strong start to her new series! I ADORE how she crafts her stories and develops her characters. I totally fell in love with Jude. I connected to Esther. I loved their friendship as much as I loved their chemistry. So excited for more!

    Until Jude by K.L. Shandwick is the story of Jude and Esther. Jude is the drummer in a famous rock band. Esther is the little sister of the lead singer in the band. She recently came to stay with her brother. Jude was there for her through everything. But, she’s young…and off limits.

    Wow!! This story has everything!! Forbidden love, May/December romance, and tons of angst!! Jude is a saint! There can’t possibly be a human being on this earth as caring, nurturing, and patient as him. Plus, he could have a side gig as an incredible therapist! Esther wants nothing more than to attend Julliard and be a dancer! Such a wonderful ride! Great read!

    Ok, first of all, this is an absolutely amazing read. Secondly, it has great characters with all the humor and sass that you would want in your large group of friends. There is some stage performances written in this book which have been sorely lacking in other rockstar books I’ve read lately. (I really wouldn’t have listed them as rockstar romances) This book was really long. I probably would have cut out the part about Jude offering and performing as a sex therapist. He was nothing of the sort and Esther had plenty of other issues to read about. Overall, I loved this book.

    The editing errors in this aren't simply transposed letters or other typos. Problems include missing/incorrect punctuation, nonsensical sentences, poorly structured paragraphs, and more. It's a shame, because the premise and characters offered promise. Careless editing is a sure route down the ratings ladder.

    I'm an avid reader. I see the errors; they break my immersion, thereby ruining the story for me. It's disappointing.

    I can barely recommend this one. Give it a try, maybe. As it exists, 3 stars is generous.

    I liked some of the story but the 18 yr old threw me. Glad they waited 3 yrs to get together. I don't care for a story full of sex scenes as there in less story line. Especially when it goes on 2 chapters. I also felt it was unfair he could have a kid with an old girlfriend and then tell his new one not to have any with him. Also why would you ask the guy to take his kid as well as his own, that doesn't make sense. If the guy wants a babysitter he should just hire one. His son doesn't live with him and hardly sees him so what precious time he has shouldn't be shared with someone else s kid. I hope to see some better ideas in the next book and more on the changes to Esther s life. Hopefully she has an ooops. Lol

    Jude is part of Screaming Shadows, and the one thing he doesn’t want is a relationship. One phone call, changes everything when Jude meets Esther neither can deny the chemistry.
    Esther has had a crush on Jude since she was fourteen, so when circumstances have her meeting, him face to face, it was nothing like she thought it would be and he didn’t seem like the man she’d crushed on for so long, but he also made her feel calmer given the circumstances.
    Given the circumstances of their meeting Jude knows nothing can happen with Esther with her age and she is going places, which he would hold her from, she also deserves more than he can give. So Jude does what he thinks as best and tries to push her away.
    Three years changes a lot with Esther being away – what happens when she’s older will Jude still be able to resist the pull that’s still there between them.

How Jude protected and treated Esther with kid gloves always mindful of her feelings and always doing what was right by her will have you falling head over heels in love with him. The way he helped solve her issues will cause hearts to appear in your eyes. It is so obvious she fell in love with him instantly and he with her. Its just took them years to realize it! I want a Jude in my life! This book has all the angst, heartbreak, romance and feelings you could want from a book! Its a definite must read!

    I loved this book through and through. The drama, romance and chemistry is epic in this story. It reads like a movie and one that i really wish gets made. I loved Jude. He is strong, charming, mature and knows how to respect the significant other. I love how he handles difficult situations especially. On the other hand, i love Esther, she is vulnerable yet very strong. Her character develops immensely in this book.

    I loved this, Jude and Esther are definitely up there with my favourites from KL Shandwick!

    Slow burn, age gap, best friends sister, rockstar romance.... Until Jude had lots of things I love and I was very excited for this new series. Set over a time span of several years, I loved the angst, emotion and drama, mixed with the fiery hot chemistry Jude and Esther generated. 

    Esther was young when first introduced, only 17 when she meets her brother Levi (Jude's best friend and band mate) for the first time under heartbreaking circumstances, but she instantly forms a connection with drummer Jude. She is sweet, kind, shy and innocent and Jude is determined not to be the one to corrupt her!

    I loved Jude, he was an a-hole at times but a loveable, protective one who seriously tried hard to control and deny his attraction for Esther for good reasons that were very well addressed throughout. You could see his growth as a person as the book progressed, especially with his adorable son Bailey. Esther also flourished and although innocent in some ways, she was mature in others and with her talent was determined to succeed on her own terms. As the trust between them grew, I knew it was only a matter of time before the fire between them could not be denied any more.

    I love how this author writes characters that despite their rock star status and all the privileges and ego that could come with this, are far from perfect with flaws and all. They make mistakes like any other person, so always seem relatable and likeable. I really enjoyed this and with the other drama relating to the band and especially Levi, I can't wait for what comes next!

    4.5 rock hard (gotta love a drummer) stars

    It’s been a good couple of years since reading anything from this brilliant author so I was delighted and excited to be reading the first instalment of the new (PULSETUNES ROCK GODS)
    UNTIL JUDE is just that and more especially in Esther Milligan’s case and it is everything you could possibly wish for and K.L Shandwick doesn’t fail to deliver here! I’ve really missed her music genre stories.
    The chemistry and connection between Jude and Esther is apparent from the very beginning but timing and situations due to one or more reasons kept them apart that being said it didn’t stop their attraction for each other to fade if anything it did the opposite and it would be a few years later that Jude and Esther became everything we wanted!
    I love how by dropping hints K.L Shandwick lines us up ready for future stories in this series as with Levi and even Korry who was obviously devastated at loosing out on his chance with Esther!
    I was left desperately needing more and UNTIL LEVI can’t come soon enough!!
