Review
"This was a very fun and educational children's book. In this book, colour is used to represent various moods and emotions. I'm a person who enjoys mood rings, and similar accessories, so even as an adult, this was something that I could appreciate. The story is fun, the illustrations are vivid and colourful, and I think many children would find this entertaining." Kelly, Goodreads
"I always enjoy fantastic children's book with a great lesson. This book has it all and the more the layout was extremely beautiful and colourful. I recommend this book to parents and teachers, because it's a good guide. Without any doubt I give five stars for this fantastic book!" Kathleen, Goodreads
"This really is a beautiful and simple book to read with your children to discuss feelings and beliefs in a fun way that doesn't feel like learning. The characters in the book are exciting and using the different colours to help distinguish between the moods and give some straight forward easy steps for children to learn how to change their mind sets to change their mood. I also as a crystal lover myself love to link to the crystals with the characters as well so maybe you could gift a crystal to children along with the book so that they could also have a physical item they could carry around with them to remember what they read in the book. I really wish there were books like this when I was growing up" Lindsay, Goodreads

- Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2023Quick read to help your child tackle self doubt. Are they worried about an upcoming test, or making a team, or maybe winning a game? This kind of worry is a real issue for children, and sometimes we don't know the right words to say to help them understand that there is truly nothing to worry about. This book is part of a series for self-emotional healing for children. It is the first one I have read, but if this is an example of the others, then I would recommend for social workers and teachers to a dd them to their reading lists.

5.0 out of 5 stars This series should be in every primary classroom.
We loved this book so much that we will buy the whole series. The authors do an exceptional job of teaching kids that it's OK to feel the myriad of emotions we all do. When the characters glow in the colour of their feelings, learning about it is fun. This book shows kids that sometimes when they worry, it's their minds playing tricks on them. I love how the authors have taken strategies that clinicians use for youth and adults to a level that young children can understand and learn. Why not teach them when they are little so they can try these things for life?
