5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely short story
I read this well-written, delightful story in one sitting. I loved how the two main characters stood up to authorities to do what was right. It is a lovely short story and a great introduction to the Veil Saga.
I look forward to reading more from this author.

5.0 out of 5 stars Thought-Provoking Adventure
This book was such a pleasant surprise! Nebo and Ibb's journey beyond the Veil is both exciting and deeply meaningful. I loved the way it challenged assumptions about humanity while keeping the story fast-paced and engaging. For such a short read, it packed a lot of heart. Perfect for anyone who enjoys thoughtful fantasy.

5.0 out of 5 stars Remember The Elves and the Shoemaker?
Although only 25 pages long this entertaining story is a retelling of the classic Elves and the Shoemaker fairy tale. Follow Ibb and Nebo as they venture beyond the veil to the land of the humans. Well written and engaging, this story acts as a taster to The Veil Saga. Having read this little gem, I shall endeavor to continue the tale as it relates to the novel The Veil saga. A good, if short read, this will cast the older readers back to the Penguin classic fairy tale books, to the younger readers I say give this a try and I am sure you will agree.
