Closing her tattoo shop in the city to reopen it in a small town was just the change Dakota Maddison needed. Longing for a quieter life, she traded her sixth-floor apartment for a house with a porch and view of the beach.

    💕 Positives:
    * I think this has the most unique setting to date: a tattoo shop! 

    * Loved Diesel. Who wouldn't love a Sphynx cat that wears a motorcycle helmet and vest. 

    * The motorcycle club was a heartwarming group of people. Reminded me of my car club days. 

    * Loved the scene with Declan and Dakota with everything set up for her.  🥰

    🌟 Overall, I really enjoyed this book! The setting was what drew me in since it's so unique in the cozy mystery genre, a tattoo shop. While I don't have any tattoos, I do appreciate the artistry and talent behind them.  

    I really enjoyed the cast of characters in the motorcycle club. It reminded me of my car club days in high school and college. The members there, I consider family (besides the one I married, lol). So it was heartwarming at just the right time in the story. 

    Perfect escape from everyday life.  The only bummer is that I have to wait until December for the next one! I definitely recommend this book for cozy mystery fans.
