    This is an OK romance, but I did have a few issues with it. It gets 3 stars from me.

    First off, I know that romances are usually unrealistic, but this one was just over the top. The romance between Spruce and June was just too fast, and they fell in love way too quickly to believe. It seemed to me that they were more in lust than in love.

    June was a bit of an airhead, believing the stories his ex told her so easily. She didn't even bother to find out if they were true. Then deciding that she had to be a nun, since she obviously couldn't manage a relationship -- that was ridiculous.

    Both of them were ridiculous in not using any kind of protection when they had sex. They barely knew each other, so how did they think they were ready to be parents together?

    Spruce (and that name is just weird) should have told June that he hadn't actually ever divorced his wife, and that he assumed she was dead. Then she wouldn't have been so shocked when the woman showed up, claiming to still be married to him. He also should have divorced her years before, right after she abandoned him and their daughters.

    My rating system is below.
    1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
    2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
    3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
    4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.
    5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.

    This was a really great book. You have some laugh out loud moments and some very sexy moments. You have a beautiful woman who meets a handsome man while she is at the hospital with her mom who is getting chemotherapy. They hit it off right away. Then he hires her as his nanny to his two beautiful twin daughters who already love her because she helped at the daycare where they were. Beautiful funny love story!!!

If you want a book that makes you swoon, gives you the giggles at their antics and then some at the authors sense of humour, then this is the book for you. But be warned, you will giggle or laugh at the humour contained so be sure to read where you don’t get funny looks, oh hell, who cares, as long as you enjoy it. Am I right 😉
    Olivia Noble is a new to me author but I sure will be checking out her other books, and you will too if you enjoy this book as much as I did.

    But instead of developing more layers, more intrigues, the story gets flat and the characters have no depth. The middle and end of the story is rushed and predictable.
