Aleatha Romig is a New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and USA Today bestselling author who lives in Indiana, USA. She grew up in Mishawaka, graduated from Indiana University, and is currently living south of Indianapolis as well as part of the year in Bradenton, Florida, USA. Before she became a full-time author, she worked days as a dental hygienist and spent her nights writing.     This book gives the reader much more information into the background of the characters and the events from the previous books. The surprises and plot twists never stop coming even down to the last few pages.
    I found it a well thought out tale that didn't rely on just sex as many Royal stories do. These characters have depth to them, including the King and Queen. Some of the minor characters aren't as fleshed out but it doesn't detract from the story.
    I'm still amazed by how many surprises Ms Romig was able to get into each book and how many times I was totally wrong in my guessing about everyone and everything! Kudos for a great story!

    I never planned to read 4 books about the same couple. But I’m glad I did. There are so many questions that are finally answered in this book. It is a somewhat complicated storyline, I didn’t understand the political negotiations, and I wanted to hear the rest of the stories of the exiled family members and the princess that was returned to her country. But, there will be more stories to come! (The author hinted)

    Althea Romig is an author a level above the rest. She never disappoints, always delivering a book or series that is captivating and intriguing. Her stories are well thought out and well researched.
    This series will grab you and not let go. I read the last book in the series in less than a day. So good.
    As usual with Ms Romig, this series has twists and turns you won't see coming. I gasped a couple of times.
    In the end we get a HEA that is a bit tearful as Roman/Oliver and Lucille make what will be a life-changing decision. Former friends reappear, double crossing happens and backstabbing occurs. Who does what? You will need to read to find out.
    Fantastic, brillant series. Bravo!

    Aleatha always knows how to hold onto the audience and going into the 4th book, I really wasn't sure what to expect. The end of book three was such a cliffhanger the 4th book could have gone anyway the mind of Aleatha wanted to take them.

    Not only was I surprised to read some of the events in book 4 but I was so pleased that answers to questions happened. We have gone through all the books wondering, If's, But's Why's and How's. These were all answered in book 4.

    The culmination of the story is epic, there are some serious jaw dropping events and some real heart felt moments and to be truthful, if you have read all 3 books and wondering what will happen in the end then this book will give you everything you want out of a final book.

    Aleatha is the master of mystery, surprise, torture to your brain and heart, and she may throw in a few surprises along the way but that is what makes her books special, you are literally on a rollercoaster of emotions from Chapter 1 of book 1 until the end book.

Roman and Lucille have fallen in love, yet still have so many obstacles in their path that they are still trying to overcome, even though they are both promising to make it happen for each other. There are outside influences that are still trying to get in their way. This story will open your eyes to so much, very little not coming to light, quite the tell all, very informative. Loved it❤️

    Relevant Reign, book 4 in the Royal Reflections series brings us to the end of a story filled with political intrigue, secrets, deceit and betrayals.

    A fitting end to the series, Relevant Reign, met my expectations. It provided the answers to the questions raised throughout the series. It delivered shocking revelations which kept me on my toes. The hunger for power and the lengths taken to achieve the same was the focus of the series. Readers gain a clearer understanding of the reason for Oliver’s placement in the royal family. One also sees how seamlessly he adapted to the world and situation he was placed in. Placed on the biggest stage of his and he proved himself worthy. 

    Lucille continues to prove why she deserves to be the princess of Molave. Her enemies made the mistake of underestimating her. Oh, man! I loved how she showed them she was no walkover while displaying empathy for their situation. 

    There is not much that can be said about this installment without giving away spoilers. I will say this though, Romig created a world which pulls readers in and characters which one can either like or dislike. A suspenseful tale filled with many twists that readers are likely to get whiplash. Figuring out was telling the truth boggled my mind. Then there was that revelation regarding the princess from Borinkia and her brother. Damn! The lengths one will go through to gain power.

    Overall, the Royal Reflection series delivered an intriguing tale. A tale featuring a mashup of romance, suspense, political drama and mystery. Fans of romantic stories served with a side of suspense will want to add the series to their summer reading list.

    I love her books but this ending did not meet her standards. Over the first three books you teased us about not knowing who to trust. There were no surprises in my opinion that I did not figure out in advance. Could have used one of the servants close to them that they trusted to create a twist. I feel cheated.

I am glad the author hadn't kill off the King and Oliver got to know his father. Inessa and Alek was an interesting twist to the story. I wonder if the author will have their son fall in love with Polly, that could make it interesting. Overall another great story from Aleatha.

    The action and suspense continued to build from page one! Author Aleatha Romig packed a lot into this last book of her Royal Reflection series but she packed it with the answers to questions we have been waiting for and folks, I did not want to put this book down once!

    As answers to the secrets and lies are answered I knew there was also going to be so much more for readers to take in and oh my was there ever!

    The twists and turns just kept coming, this author has a knack for giving her readers “I never saw that coming” ending and she did not disappoint in this series.

    As Roman and Lucille have to move their way across a perilous chess board readers fingers and toes are crossed and for good reason.

    I loved this series from the get go so when specific reveals happened much of the back story made so much more sense.

    Honestly, if I want a book that is going to keep me on my toes and have my brain working overtime, that’s when I pick up a book by this author….she challenges her readers, her characters and near perfect and by the end you are left chomping at the bit for her next book.

    Five very well deserved stars for Relevant Reign and I’m hoping one day we may see Lucille and Roman again!
