    I first read this book when it was originally released in 2015 and after doing a long awaited reread - this book was just as good the second time around, thanks to Christine Glover’s perfect ability to tell her characters stories, bringing them to life. Two people who need each other for different reasons but together for a common cause, winning the Regatta. While Cassandra tried at the very beginning to be immune to Marco, who quickly gave up all pretenses. But will secrets tear them apart? Another great novel from a longtime favorite author.

    I have read all three publications by Christine Glover, and this one certainly takes the cake. It is 3:14 am, and I could not put this one down... I read the ENTIRE book in on day. The protagonists first kiss is absolutely sizzling to the point that you literally have to set ur book down and catch your breath. Great balance of characters personality traits and chemistry.... the love scenes are HOTT..."super, crazy HOTT"! By far, Glovers best publication yet, and I cannot wait to see what her imagination comes up with next! And now to begin my book hangover...

    Christine Glover has done an AWESOME job with this book. You will fall in love with Marco and Cassandra!!! Together they find find love in where they least expected!!! As soon as you start to read the book, you are hooked. We all learn that having money does not buy you happiness and acceptance. You must earn that and keep it, and share it with the ones you love!! Be sure to get this book and read it, you won't be disappointed!!!

    This is my first read by this author, and I must say that I quite enjoyed the storyline and characters. It is a heartfelt romance between mathematician Cassandra and tycoon Marco. These two likeable souls and the unique plot make for an enjoyable read. What starts out as a business marriage turns into something more. It is a sweet love story with drama and steam, sexual tension and chemistry, and engaging secondary characters. An emotional page turner.

    This story had two really good main characters; each having such different lives but also have some unexpected similarities as well. Cassandra begins to see that Marco had a lonely life as an outsider and she recognizes that loneliness. She always felt like an outsider as well even though she was raised in high society. They had both suffered for being different. Marco had felt the pain of being unwanted by family and Cassandra had suffered many cruelties from her peers; her so called "friends". She also felt outside her family, not feeling much warmth from her parents. The only exception being her brother Justin, who died in a horrific boat racing accident. The same accident that killed Marco's father and injured Marco.
    Just a reminder. The book blurb and the title does warn you that this is a red-hot story. There is marital sex and a lot of it. A totally adult story. You have been warned.
    I actually think I would have liked it a little bit better if some of that had been dialed down a notch or two.

    I received a copy of this book for free and this is my honest opinion of it.

    A sizzling romance! From the beginning the sparks between Marco en Cassandra are flying. The reader notices that it's not just lust between them even if they don't. The story has you wanting to make sure all will be well in the end. Another great read by Christine Glover!

    What a fun and sexy story! From the outset the plot appealed to me - a geeky virgin heroine and a handsome rich playboy in a marriage of convenience to merge his wealth with her failing ship business but still good name, a name he needs to get back in the good graces of racing society . I really liked Cassandra's character as this smart and industrious woman with a big heart but no sense of her physical beauty until Marco helps her to let it shine. Marco sees her inner beauty as well though, and the combination ensures his physical attraction to Cassandra. He's determined that this marriage of convenience will be one of pleasure too (though he is clear on keeping emotions out of the picture, at least at first). Marco is a debonair and charming man, and I appreciated that he liked all of Cassandra, brains included, and was willing to go slowly with her in the bedroom despite their quick marriage. The love scenes between them are plentiful and super steamy. I liked the unique setting of the story, Marco's home in Argentina and the beautiful cruises they take together. Of course there is always a secret to get in the way of true love and I enjoyed how the plot unfolded and its eventual resolution to a happy ending for the couple. 4 stars.
