    First off, I love this series! The different writers were great at blending each of their characters with one another's work. Blue Sapphire has a unique ability to give her narration both a auditory and imagined visual experience in her writing. She writes action and spice very well.
    But such a lost opportunity to offer a full epilogue including charectors from the other books. And a few holes were left in this authors own characters outcomes.
    Like what happened to Jenny aka Kid, did she ever wake up? Did she and Leo finally connect? What happened to Deacon, Take, Luke, & Achilles?
    Many opportunities lost to make the completion of a Good series Great.

    This final chapter was the perfect build-up of the unexpected closure & twists for this circle of friends & family. First, let me say this, you really have to read this series thoroughly in order to understand Kelex's story. Although the complete series was good, fun, and exciting from the other collaborating authors, the true weaving mastery of this story is between Pit, Ox & Kelex. Kelex's story fills in quite a bit of the backstory of circumstances, times, characters, and places that occurred in Pit and Ox's story first. Kelex and Shawna blossoming friendship and love were strong because the universe had brought together two souls, one broken and one needing self-strength to shine. Kelex, Josh, or Joshua, no matter who you got, you got a true, loving, and fierce man always and it was nicely displayed in this story. Shawna is a beautiful woman inside and out, but at times in the story, yes, her sweetness and insecurities made her close her eyes to what was really happening around her and seeing people for who they really are, which made you want to go in the story and shake her. However, overall this love story was nicely written. Now the real sweet hidden gem is little Miss Vernice, LOL 🤣🤣, that little girl had some serious, clapbacks in the best situations!!! Nice job, Ms. Blue. Looking forward to what short you will write around Leo.

    After countless adventures with our groups of friends, we have arrived at Kelex’s story. Although he makes appearances in the series, I was curious about his story, especially after the nail-biting ending of Ox. Joshua Kelex is a former model who is looking not only for his next career move but also under the thumb of his toxic father. Amid all of this, he is introduced to Shawnna Morris who is not only Skittles’ cousin & but an amateur photographer. Shawna is not only working on building her overall confidence but finding her own voice. Whereas Kelex works on his physical and emotional scars. As the story progresses, we see how our main couple progresses from friendship to much more. In addition to that we have a few cases to solve including who is the mastermind behind the revenge against our favorite group of friends. I don’t want to spoil the story, but I will say the key elements are there (i.e. steamy romance, action, and humor). I had a few theories, but I was pleasantly surprised. I will admit that Kelex and Shawna tried my patience with their mutual stubbornness at times. However, they did still arrive at their happy ever after. Overall, I enjoyed their story. I am looking forward to the holiday ending of the series.

    All the pieces to this puzzle has fit together perfectly. Though I would have love to read a bit more about Leo and see who he ended with. To see the works of them having kids and getting older is home some.

    I am sad that Josh and his father couldn’t see eye to eye before too late. But I’m glad that I was able to call how suspicious Jeff was from the beginning.

    I still feel as if Mayven was asking for too much when wanting to know why they didn’t tell her they were an item.
    I get being protective of your family members, but even still I wouldn’t be as hurt as she was, when she found out. Don’t get me wrong I would feel slightly insulted that you wouldn’t have told me. But not hurt enough to get mad at my husband.

    Either way I really enjoy this series and this book. What a great ending.

All of the characters are so captivating and their relationships is magnificent. The story is so suspenseful and when you add in their drama, along with their emotions about their mates with the intriguing twists they go through you have a tale that's a great read and that's truly delightful. There are parts that will bring smile and sometimes a frown to your face with lots of emotions in your heart. The series is such a pleasurable experience that you will certainly enjoy them all. It's definitely a awesome story to read but for one thing and that's the cliffhanger but if you enjoy a good cliffhanger then this is it. I really enjoyed this series of books.

    I was looking forward to this book, however it’s a no for me.
    First of, Shawna. She was so ridiculously naive it was frustrating. Waiting until she was 27 for her crush to declare himself and throw it all away for a complete silly misunderstanding. Her unwillingness to actually see Josh, ask questions instead of living a fantasy was too much.
    As for Josh, the lengths he went to deny who he was instead of actually working towards how to harness his « monster » and make it work for him were unbelievable. Being that delusional took the cake. I also don’t know how he can pretend to be best friend with Mayven when he was lying to her about important things , like his kids , for years. For someone supposedly smart, how he couldn’t read Jeff is beyond me.
