Storm: A Billionaire Opposites Attract, Enemies to Lovers Romance (The French Quarter Trilogy Book 3) Kindle Edition
Someone’s targeting my family, and the only woman who can help hates my guts.
Grace Carta, the new ADA in town, is dead set on putting me behind bars. Grace doesn’t trust men like me—rich, spoiled, and always getting what we want. Miss Prim & Proper is everything I shouldn’t want, yet I can’t resist her.
Every time we clash, the heat between us rises to a fever pitch. Grace may see me as nothing more than a pretty boy with a bad reputation, but when she’s in my arms, she’s a tempest of passion, and I’m the storm ready to consume her.
As we’re drawn deeper into danger, the line between duty and desire blurs. The more time I spend with Grace, the more I realize that the smooth melody of our connection might be the only thing that can soothe the chaos around us.
But in this high-stakes game, love could be the biggest risk of all… and the only thing that can save us.
Storm is the final book in The French Quarter Trilogy and includes some of your favorite tropes:
⚜️ Enemies to Lovers
⚜️ Opposites Attract
⚜️ Reverse grumpy-sunshine
⚜️ Misunderstood & Uncovered
Author’s Note: This is the final book of the completed French Quarter Trilogy. Each book can be read as a standalone, but for the richest experience and deepest emotional resonance, I recommend reading them in order.

- Reviewed in the United States on February 2, 2025This book is nice. Grace and Zephyr are cute couple. The sunshine and grumpy, enemies to lovers couples are always funny to me and this book did not disappoint. Grace is very funny, cute, adorable and strong woman. I felt so heartbroken (also cried) what kind of past she had but I was so proud of her how she handled her ex and now she was having her dream life ( I was so happy what Zephyr and Blaze did in the end good job boys your secret is safe forever). I was amazed and very very very proud what things Grace did to protect Zephyr and his family ( so proud of my woman) I’m glad that all three couples are finally happy and they sure 100% deserve it. I would recommend everyone this book to read. Thanks Maya Alden for The French Quarter Trilogy.

Maya Alden has done it once again!! Storm was the perfect conclusion to the Jazz Sessions trilogy! If you’re looking for an enticing romance with elements of suspense and so much tension, I definitely suggest reading Zephyr and Grace’s story and the rest of the books in the trilogy.
Zephyr has always been my favorite of the Doucet siblings. When he was first introduced in Quake, I was captivated by his personality and loved that he would protect his family no matter what. Throughout this book, readers dive deeper into his story and discover more about his character. Grace is such a strong willed character. As an ADA, she is determined to keep people safe, especially the Doucet siblings. Grace and Zephyr’s chemistry never dwindled from Inferno. I love how their relationship develops and how both of them allow themselves to become more open to love.
Storm encapsulates the perfect endings for all three Doucet siblings (Gaia, Blaze, and Zephyr). The suspense in the book was an incredible touch, ensuring the mystery from the previous books was solved. I highly recommend reading this trilogy!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2025It has taken me a while to get around to reading these books from Maya. I don't usually enjoy my romance with a side of murder and mystery so I was a bit hesitant to read them. I should of trusted the fact that it's still Maya and she's an automatic 1-click for me. I loved this series and the three Doucet siblings.
You have to appreciate the effort and research that goes into her writing. I felt like New Orleans was brought to life in my lounge as I read.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 3, 2025Love the city the suspense and the romance. Great stories with a good plot. The romance is wonderful. Wanted more.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2025Maya is one of my favorite authors and I I’ve read everything she has written, but this trilogy is my favorite of them all. I really hope she adds to it in the future as there were so many great characters left to explore.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 23, 2024This is the third book in the Jazz Session Trilogy. And a brilliant wrap up of this trilogy. It was well written story filled with suspense, drama and tension . The plot was intriguing and characters were well developed. It’s Grace and Zephyr story. I enjoyed the chemistry between these two characters. A well written and enjoyable read.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2024Sadly but things happened for a reason, we have reached the conclusion of this amazon unforgettable ride. Here comes STORM, the third book is filled with suspense, a lot of drama, and a conclusion to everything that would make the reader happy. Grace and Zephyr’s story helps to tie up all the loose ends, between all three books that would help conclude this story with the best ending possible.
We are introduced to Zephyr in the first book Quake, but it is not until Storm that we dive more in depth into Zephyr’s character. This dive helps us discover more about his personality, and how Grace helps him challenge himself to be the best man possible, and in return Grace learns that by trusting Zephyr she is truly protected. Through the series we see these two characters develop more, and we see their connection take shape.
Through STORM we see how as an ADA Grace possesses a strong determination, and duty to keep people safe, but more of this is seen when it comes to keeping the Doucet siblings safe.
Maya couldn’t have created a better ending for Gaia, Blaze, and Zephyr (Doucet siblings), through Storm we see this story take on a shape that would finalize their journey. Like always the wonderful Maya manages to bring us a whole new world of her creation. A world where we lose ourselves completely, I highly recommend reading this trilogy!

- Reviewed in the United States on June 21, 2024The final book in The Jazz Sessions trilogy and I loved it!
Maya Alden kept the read thread of who, why and what through the three books and the conclution was just as I had hoped!
In this book we follow Grace and Zephyr. We got to know a little about both Grace and Zephyr in the two previous books, but now we get to know them in dept.
At first I had a problem with Zephyrs way of behaving toward and around Grace even if he thought he was justified because of her going after his family, but as I learned more about him I saw he was a person who protects hus family and friends fiercly. Sometimes that might come off as cruel and sometimes he was cruel.
Grace at first comes off as cold and determined to take down the Doucet family whom she believes are rotten and criminals. She might be right about a part of the family, she just got focused on the wrong people for a bit.
There is murder, mafia involvement, drama, attempted murder, music, love and so much more in these books!
I highly recommend this trilogy!

4.0 out of 5 stars good one
summed up the suspenses pretty well. Although it wouldve been better if we got to know some of henry's pov too. It didn't quite add up.
