About the authors
Ann Swann was born in a small West Texas town. She grew up much like Stevie-girl in The Phantom Pilot, though she never got up the nerve to enter the haunted house. Ann has done everything from answering 911 Emergency calls to scheduling commercials in a rock-n-roll radio station. She also taught reading in elementary school. Ann still lives in Texas with her husband, Dude, two rescue cats, and a host of other critters who only show up at feeding time. When not writing, Ann is reading. Her to-be-read list has grown so large it has taken on a life of its own. She calls it Herman.

My hope is to write entertaining and engaging stories. My current interest is in erotica, stories in which my characters will have sexual encounters as part of the storyline.
I'm a professional scientist. My education was oriented towards science, with little exposure to “the arts”. I’ve read fiction for relaxation throughout my life; thrillers, science fiction, fantasy, horror, a few classics, and even some romances... but very little "literature”.
I’ve written many technical reports, some scientific papers, and two academic dissertations. These all had to follow specific styles and conventions, and I felt it was time to find my own "voice". Thanks to my wide-ranging curiosity and enthusiasm to share what I learn, I started writing general interest factual articles and features. Then I found myself volunteering to give public talks. My first one was about death and funerary practices, to a mostly elderly audience... who were fascinated!
I put off trying to write fiction, convinced I couldn't "do" dialogue. But my curiosity got the better of me again. Interested in writing romantic erotica, I found the Erotica Readers and Writers Association, whose generous, supportive and encouraging feedback has been a huge help. I encourage all developing writers to find a constructive critiquing group, as being in the right one will really help their writing and their confidence. I felt very flattered when I was invited to serve as one of the ERWA website gallery editors.
I now think of writing as one of my creative hobbies. I’d love more people to read my work, and I hope they enjoy it.
I live in the south-west of England with my wife, two horses, two dogs, and three guinea pigs. We'd rather like to keep chickens, too, just because they're delightful animals. A bit tricky in a small urban garden with two hyperactive terriers...
When I worked, I channeled my creative bent into writing technical instructions. Now I am retired and can finally write the Christian fiction I've always wanted. I meant to start with novels, but so far short stories have emerged. I am presently working on a novel, but more short stories are bubbling up. My first collection is Christmas stories, my second Biblical fiction, and the third suprised me by being all about some tough angels. I was surprised because I'm not an 'angel' person. I never paid any attention to them except as they were mentioned in the Bible. I have also written a short sweet romance for inclusion in a romance anthology.
In previous years I wrote a couple of sweet romance novels I sent off to Silhouette Books. They said the reviewers liked them, but they weren't quite what the publishers wanted. So they will show up here, too, since I can self-publish through Kindle.
I am working on several other novels and short stories. I have a long list of Biblical character stories, another of 'angels with attitude', sweet romances, and many more Christmas stories. But I also love science fiction and fantasy and have just as long a list of them. My stories range from lighthearted chuckles to gasping drama, sometimes in the same story. I look forward to seeing them here.
If you read one, please, leave a review (even if it just says "Wow! It's good!" LOL) or tell your friends. My stories are meant to inspire and make people feel good. Please help me do that.
Beth lives in New Zealand with her husband, three children and two cats. She loves to write inbetween looking after her family and doing voluntary work.
Beth Bayley is a new author who write a different kind of Billionaire Story and Short Mystic Stories. Yes they are romantic and have happy endings, after all most happiness is what most readers want to escape to.
Beth has six novellas and short stories published
I have been writing since I was a kid. Writing has always been a hobby for me, but this past year I made the decision to publish my first book. It was definitely a long road but I enjoyed every minute of. Writing makes me happy and sharing my work with others makes me happy.
My husband has been a huge supporter of my writing for years, always asking me to write him something. A few years ago we got a puppy and that was an experience all it's own. Just recently, my husband suggested I write a book with our dog as the main character. It made me laugh but also feel amazing that my husband thought I was good enough I could bring our dog to life in a book.
I hope you enjoy my work as much as I've enjoyed writing it. The characters become a part of me, and it's always sad to say goodbye to them when I'm finished.

5.0 out of 5 stars A nice and varied collection of fairly short feel-good stories
I always enjoy reading anthologies as an introduction to authors whose work I've not read before. And this collection of romance stories was written by many "new to me" authors. Enjoyed all the stories in this varied collection, and each has that essential "feel good"quality of a nice romance

3.0 out of 5 stars Pleasant, varied stories
This book is an anthology of romantic short stories by several different authors.
Spelling and grammatical errors, typos and mixed tenses appeared intermittently throughout the book; they were an irritant but not sufficient to make me give up reading. There were a few mistakes, such as Jack being given Hannah's business card for her phone number despite this containing her reversion to her maiden name when Jack wasn't supposed to be told of their divorce, and Martin offering to buy breakfast but as he and Anna turn the corner the sun is setting, but this was an infrequent issue.
A few of the stories led to a very speedy progression to the start of a physical relationship although the stories are not steamy or sexual in nature.
In essence this was a 'nice' collection, inoffensive but not outstanding.
