Reviews for other WCPNW Anthologies:
★★★★★ "What I really enjoyed about this book is how all the stories felt as if they were another continuation of the previous story. Part of but separate. Truly enjoyable. Looking forward to ready the next book."
★★★★★ "Old fashioned spooky fun! Recommend especially for young adults."
★★★★★ "I enjoyed the variety of stories, and that none were hideously gory. Don't let the "about the town" intro dissuade you! I hadn't expected humor or a sexy edge, which some of them had, so that was fun, too."

About the authors
Linda Jordan writes fascinating characters, visionary worlds, and imaginative fiction. She creates both long and short fiction, serious and silly. She believes in the power of healing and transformation, and many of her stories follow those themes.
In a previous lifetime, Linda coordinated the Clarion West Writers’ Workshop as well as the Reading Series. She spent four years as Chair of the Board of Directors during Clarion West’s formative period. She’s also worked as a travel agent, a baker, and a pond plant/fish sales person, you know, the sort of things one does as a writer.
Currently, she’s the Programming Director for the Writers Cooperative of the Pacific Northwest.
Linda now lives in the rainy wilds of Washington state with her husband, daughter, four cats, a cluster of Koi and an infinite number of slugs and snails.

Publishing is changing daily and it is nearly impossible to keep up. Writers have become responsible for the creation, editing, and marketing of their books. This can become a personal trial that leaves the creative person confused, exhausted, and financially drained. Our purpose is to build an organization of creative geniuses in the Pacific Northwest to learn, trade skills, and bring quality original works to the page and readers. As members of the COOP we sell, support, and market as one. As members of the COOP we sell, support, and market as one.

Writer of history about Italians set in Europe and the Pacific Northwest.
As a story-attentive being, curiosity is a big influence in my writing life. Following my curiosity, while at home or while traveling, has led me to develop many story ideas that I cannot wait to share with you. I love writing about the past because of the rich historical detail that I'm drawn to when I research. The past has a way of making sense of what's happening in the modern world, allowing us to feel we're not alone in going through today.
As a content architect by day, I like to think I shine as a storyteller by night, when writing my historical mystery tales by moonlight or candlelight. Recently, as a community historian, I've written the first book in Arcadia Publishing's IMAGES OF AMERICA series about early Italian settlers in the Pacific Northwest. For more stories about Italians in the PNW, be sure to subscribe to my free Substack: tessafloreanowritings.
In other news, I am a dual Italian-Canadian citizen residing in Puget Sound with a husband and freeloading purrball as companions. Fan of pens + notebooks, strong tea, the Salish and Adriatic Seas, and all things Italian, PNW, & Canadian.
