    Another great read by Victoria. You follow the Campbell family from their escape from Scotland to the states and the future generations. Cameron is accused of with craft so they must flee.
    Her world building skills are amazing. Wished some of these short stories were a little longer. Quick reads, quite enjoyable.
    I shouldn't have been surprised,. Her Black Swan series is also a great bunch of books.
    Always a pleasure to read her books.

    Loved this new book and all of the stories. Victoria has done it again. It reminds me of old stories that people tell around a campfire bout mysterious things that happen to them with no explanation of how it happened. It is an easy and intriguing read. Takes you to a place of wonder and magic. Love getting to experience these stories and feeling like I am right in the mix. Can’t wait to see what she writes next.

    I was drawn in to each story and loved each one. I loved how each story had the thread of connection to each other with the Campbell name. I sometimes can't it use that I lock Ms. Danann in a cave and force her to write until I get my fill. Thank you for my favorite stories.
