Slag: & Other Worthy Things (Enlightenment) Kindle Edition
Award-winning authors Derek R. King and Julie L. Kusma invite you on a captivating journey to explore the hidden beauty found in the most unlikely of places. Featuring stunning photographs of slag, a byproduct of industrial processes, washed ashore on the beach, this book challenges conventional notions of worth and beauty.
Amidst the sands and waves, these seemingly worthless remnants of industry reveal themselves as unexpected works of art. Through the lens of Jungian psychology, the authors delve into the symbolism and significance of these discarded treasures, offering profound insights into the human psyche and the transformative power of perception.
With eloquent prose and breathtaking imagery, "Slag and Other Worthy Things" celebrates the inherent artistry in every fragment and invites readers to embrace the beauty that lies beneath the surface. As you journey through these pages, you'll be inspired to see the world with new eyes and discover the extraordinary in the ordinary.
Open your heart and mind to the beauty of the unexpected with "Slag and Other Worthy Things" – a testament to the power of perception and the enduring value of every soul.

A message from this author:
No matter what medium art takes; canvas, clay, or words on paper, the message isn’t so much what it means to the artist, but rather what the piece says to the observer. I hope my work speaks to you.
