About the authors
Judy and Keith have been married for fifty years.
They’re now semiretired and living in the South Bay, Los Angeles. Both were born and raised in the same town in England during the early fifties. It boasts a haunted Norman castle, a Saxon burh, a church with a double-spiral staircase, and inspires many of their stories. They relocated to Los Angeles in the late eighties.
Judy and Keith write sweet romance, young adult, middle grade, and children's stories. Each story emphasizes a moral and must pass the acid test, would they be happy if their own grandchildren read it? Judy also composes keyboard music.
They have two sons and two grandsons.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2025It starts with the magical pet cat who has the power to teleport and a magical treasure fairy who can grant wishes. The cat and the fairy have forged a loving bond amongst its owners or friends. They endeavor to give joy to them.
The second tale features an alien boy called Muzz who crash landed on earth and is a traveler in outer-space. One of the children- characters lost a toy and is sad so they travel to the moon using Muzz's spaceship to meet the Moon Man who is a keeper of lost things. This is a wonderful story about coping up when a thing or a toy or a pet is lost.
Another story is about the Dragon Cat which becomes the protector of the pets who leave home and cannot go back safely because of predator threats. A loving relationship between siblings is also depicted here which is so heartwarming!
The concluding tale is about the twin siblings who have innate, magical powers attributed from their lineage. They can shapeshift, transform or wield something, a power just awaiting to be unleashed at a certain period in time as they grow up and it has the element of taking care of the environment too!
I love how the grandchildren cherish and show respect to their grandparents, parents, other elders, and their pets! The children- characters are loving and when they become naughty, they are dealt with kindness and necessary measures or discipline as well. And the elders listened well from the children.
Children in grade school will love reading these tales. I smiled with joy all throughout while reading this book!
- Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2019From the story of the cat who learns to use the internet in a startling new way to the twins with special powers, there's something in here for every child, or for every adult who hasn't lost the child inside. My six year old enjoyed having the stories read to her as much as my eight year old enjoyed reading them for herself.
This is must buy from a husband and wife team with an imagination as expansive as the sky and the ability to bring what they see to life through the written word.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 31, 2020Another incredible anthology from Judy and Keith! They never cease to amaze with their sweet stories! I love them so much and they make me feel like a child, again!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2018Review of “Inner Space” from the anthology.
I am 10 years old and I always wanted to get smaller and go on a tiny adventure, and I wanted to fly some day. In the story, touching this medallion made you small. The problem in inner space was there was a black hole and Rusty, Sebastian’s teddy bear, got sucked into it and he was sad. Later, Seb took his cousins back into inner space and met the man in the moon, who told him he could find Rusty in Toy Heaven, but he would have to go there alone. Rusty opened the door and came running to hug him. They went for a train ride on Seb’s train that had broken and was all fixed now. Seb returned home with his cousins but left Rusty in Toy Heaven where he would always be alive. When Seb first went into inner space, it was a little hard for me to understand, but then it got easier again. I recommend this story for a lot of people to read because it shows you what it’s like in the galaxy.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 30, 2020Even as an adult I loved the stories. Actually read one of the stories to my niece who is 9. she asked for more, so I let her read them herself.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 14, 2018A perfect bedtime reader. I read this with my six year old step son and he absolutely loved it, as did I.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 24, 2019This fun anthology has tales for the young and young-at-heart. Each short is a fantasy with helpful information on physics and science woven into the fabric of the story. If you enjoy dragons and cats, you’ll love these shorts since both wander in and out of them. These stories are purrfect to read to a child or for a young adult to read on their own.

5.0 out of 5 stars Another great book
Yet another great book from these authors. Perfect for people of all ages but ideal for children. Nostalgic and a joy.
