This book breaks down everything I need to know in a simple to understand way. I appreciate that it is showing me how and why to look at my income, expenses, net profit etc. even when they seem 'okay'. Going forward, I feel like I can have more of a strategic plan for my business' profitability, rather than just leave it up to chance.
