As I broke this original work into a series of four books, I paused to ponder if people would read from the first book to the final one in sequence. Then I realized it does not matter how one reads the Echoes of Change series. The insights within are my daily reflections on myself, the path I follow, and the world in which we live. There is no particular rhyme or reason to my insights other than they came to my mind during meditation or reflection. Thus, these books can be read in any sequence and the reader will still find some benefit.
I do not think it’s a matter of faith that people will benefit from what is within these pages. While every Spiritualist is different, we do have common ground, and we often ponder the same questions. We strive to know the unknown and what people don’t want to know.
Daily, we look out at this world, and after a while on the Path of Spirituality, we begin to see through the illusions the people and society wrap around themselves. What we then see is far less beautiful, yet it is somehow more majestic, more powerful. There is a grace and artistry that hovers just behind the veil of reality, and we see through that veil with new eyes and a greater understanding of who we are and our place in the Universe.
If you are reading this book, it begins on day one-eighty-two and ends on day two-seventy-two. Enjoy the reading, and by the end of this book, perhaps you, too, will see through new eyes.

Sean Paquet is an author, investigative journalist, and freelance writer who lives and works as an American Expatriate in the Philippines. He retired from active duty military service in 2013 after 24 years and was then a private defense contractor in the Middle East until 2018. Sean is from a small town called Carp Lake in the Northern part of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan. He grew up loving to read and write poetry and had enough promise as an artist to consider it full-time until he decided to join the military.

Sean has always been interested in the weird, unusual, and strange things that exist on the fringes of our reality. His interest in heathenism, metaphysics, meditation, and out-of-body experiences led him to publish his first novel, A Game of Gods, in June 2020.

His second novel, The Jarl's Shadow, was released in January 2022. It explores metaphysical concepts and personality disorders while maintaining a science fiction/fantasy backstory of unimaginable alien forces lost civilizations, and conspiracy theories.

His third book, Conversations With My Demons, is a collaborative effort with renowned Australian occultist and writer Angela Kable. In this third book, deep messages regarding addiction, trauma, and Spiritual Awakening are explored at length, along with numerous metaphysical and esoteric concepts.

Sean's next series of books is called Echoes of Change, which chronicles his daily insights over one year while reflecting on the Spiritual path. It is a journaling and reference guide for those struggling and seeking something to hold on to.
