    Eva and Jed’s bond is pure magic—timeless, passionate, and full of heart. Set against the backdrop of Milan’s World Expo, the mix of romance, danger, and history kept me hooked. If you love epic love stories with a twist of time-travel and destiny, you need this book on your shelf.

    Another Light vs. Darkness story, this time set in Milan. Jed returns to protect the exhibition. Ezra returns to try to destroy it and stymie human progress. Eva works to encourage women workers and health initiatives. Unlike the other stories, Jed and Ezra do not meet face to face, but do battle each other. Eva influences the women to help prevent disaster. The story is short, so not much character development, but romance does move forward a bit. I am interested to see how Eva and Jed get along in future stories. Not much is said about the actual exhibition and the special rail tunnel that brings the characters to the city.
