About I am a midwest girl who moved to Vegas at 17, married an associate of the Chicago Outfit, became a bookie, the manager of a "swingers" club, and finally, owner of an outcall service (girls to your room). All before I was 22. It's been a grand adventure. I have lived in Vegas continuously since the 80s and have seen a lot of changes as it grew from 200,000 to 2.5 million in population.
My first book, Mafia Madame, is my "almost-memoir", a novel based on my real-life experiences. I have created an alter-ego to take on the daunting task of living my life in the book. Her name is Cyn Spagnoli and the reader gets immersed vicariously in her transformation from wide-eyed innocence to hardened, almost sociopathic, killer. But that's a spoiler...
