Alicya Perreault was born and raised in South Wales, UK. After way too many years as a worry-junkie, she put herself through her own rehab and came out the other side fairly intact (depending on whom you ask.)
She writes honest accounts of living with anxiety, depression, and OCD, often with hilarious results.
She lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada with her husband and two dogs (one of which also needs worry rehab.)
