Born in Jacksonville, Florida, I ended up getting moved around as a result of divorce before ultimately returning by the time I was sixteen. When I was roughly seven years old, I was incredibly resistant to reading until my mother forced me into a library in Oklahoma, pick a book, and read it to her at home. Reading didn't stick until I discovered Goosebumps and Harry Potter and learned to use literature as an escape. By the time I was eleven and living in Canada, I started jotting down fluff stories, not really knowing what I was doing. I discovered Stephen King two years later and knew then and there I wanted to be a storyteller. You'll find there's no lack of homage paid to my two most influential authors.

By the time I returned to Florida, I had three books written in a series I later scrapped as too immature in writing style and experience. I graduated high school, graduated Flagler College, and attempted continuing my education in sciences. I took the MCAT, failed miserably, slipped a disc in the lumbar region of my spine at age 23, got diagnosed with spinal stenosis, had to learn to start taking life slower, and BOOM: I found writing again, married my wonderful partner in crime, Jessie, and we've now settled down in Jacksonville with our seven dogs and a cat.

Getting into self-publishing has certainly been an experience, but I'm finally glad to have a story I enjoy telling in the form of The Infinity Series. My goal is to provide a world others can escape to in a time of need, like books have done for me. If you're a fan of realistic spins of magic and monsters in our time and society, looking for that "something more," I might have a tale for you.
