My debut novel, Second Chance at Happiness, an inspirational historical romance, is available from my publisher, Ambassador International or Amazon.

I love the thought of writing. But putting words on the page is sometimes hard unless my characters are talking to me or each other. Then it becomes easy. All I have to do is follow where my characters lead and record it.

I started writing when I was eight. I wrote short, one-act plays that were poorly written. I studied photojournalism in college combining my love of photography and writing. After graduation I worked as a freelance photographer for various small newspapers in my home state of Michigan. I was given an opportunity to write feature stories about area businesses and their owners. I was soon hired as a reporter for a small daily newspaper.

I didn't start writing romance novels until I read one back in 2016 by a well-known, best-selling author. After finishing the book, I thought that I could write one just as bad, so, I did.

My first romance novella was a disaster. I really did fulfil my dream of writing something just as bad as the best-selling author. That novella won't see the light of day.
