Probably 25% since I write about personal experiences and proven facts. I’m in the Real Estate Investing World for nearly 30 years now.
What is something every reader can take away from your book, Getting Out Of Debt: Money Management?
It’s in the title, “money management.” Getting out of debt and staying out of debt is what I teach, so managing and budgeting your money is crucial before starting to build financial freedom.
What were the key challenges you faced when writing your first book?
Writing the most perfect and flawless book possible so the readers from any age could understand it.

It depends on the topic; I enjoy both.
Is it better to self-publish or find a publisher for first-time authors?
It depends on your budget and your experience. Self-publishing is my preference.
What is the sweetest fan-mail that you have ever received?
From a 14-year old boy. My book Financial Freedom With Real Estate was the first book that he had ever bought. He told me that he was so inspired that he was going to buy the rest of my books to complete his collection so that when he turns 18, he would be ready to invest in his first property and try to become financially free before the age of 30.

Tough question; it depends on the reader’s taste and niche.

Yes, they congratulate me on my books and tell me that they will start using my secrets to achieve their life dreams and goals.
How many plot ideas are just waiting to be written? Can you tell us about one?
I presently have 4 books published and 2 more are in the process of being edited and formatted. If all goes according to plan, by the end of 2021 I should have about 15-18 books published in total.
