About Senka Besirevic was born in Croatia in 1970, grew up in Bosnia and Herzegovina, but lived most of her adult life in London and Birmingham, England UK. She enjoys creating YouTube videos about her beloved cats, taking long walks in Country Park in Birmingham, UK, painting abstract art and playing her instrument piano accordion. Light, texture, nature, and animals inspire her creativity.

When she recovered her missing cat Brandy seven years ago, the idea for her book, Where Do Cats Go? was born. The adoption of two more cats Lollipop and Monksy and their stories gave her great inspiration. With time on her hands in 2020, Senka grabbed the opportunity to turn the idea for her book into a reality.
