      • To me, literary success is when someone walks away from reading something I wrote feeling something. It doesn't matter much what the emotion is because if a piece of writing stirs my emotions, that's how I know it's good writing.

      • For me, I resisted the idea of an e-reader for so long because there is nothing quite the same as a tangible book in your hand. However, once I finally gave in and tried a Kindle app, I finally realized that I do like some perks that come with using an e-reader. For instance, I like that I can have a virtual library right at my fingertips wherever I go. That comes in handy when I can't get to a real library to borrow books. They are also convenient for "buying" free books. This way, I am never at a loss for reading material (not that I would be if I could otherwise spend my entire budget on books.)

      • I can't say that I've ever truly experienced writer's block. It's more like I procrastinate and/or don't sit down and simply write because I'm afraid it won't be good enough, never mind that I can go back and edit later.

      • I've never thought of myself as pigeon-holed to one specific genre. If something inspires me to write, well, I write. When it comes to writing stories, I am best at telling fictional stories rather than ones inspired by true events. However, I have difficulty limiting myself to a specific genre.
