I grew up in Essex, England and worked for twenty years as an accountant in the banking industry in London.
I've always written; winning a local short story competition judged by Martina Cole back in 2003; but an opportunity came up for me to take a career break and devote my time fully to achieving my lifelong ambition to write and publish a novel.
That initial one year out has been stretched but I've now published three novels and work on number four has already commenced.
