BIOGRAPHY

Yogita Ridgley is an author, speaker, solo travel specialist and mindset strategist who has transformed her life through solo travel, incited by her need to overcome personal trauma. Yogita grew up feeling caught between two cultures – Indian and Western – with a feeling of worthlessness from not being able to read, write or spell, to only receive a late diagnosis of Dyslexia as a young adult. Around 10 years ago Yogita came to the realisation that she could take responsibility for her life. She embarked on a journey of finding her own authentic self which included embracing her culture and Dyslexia. Coming out the other side, Yogita began the business, “Traveling with me, myself and I” to support others to use travel to make significant life changes.
