The website address is www.hmshander.com. H.M. Shander is a romance author who writes books which are sold in both physical bookstores and via online retail booksites that are linked from this website. 

What personal data is collected and why?
If you choose to sign up for my newsletter, your email address and first name are collected. I use MailChimp and Email Octopus as the email service providers to deliver regular author newsletters and book-related bonus content. Your email address and name are not kept on this website but this is a great place to remind you that I will never share your contact information at any time, and every email I send you via Email Octopus has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.  Please note, email data is retained indefinitely. If you unsubscribe, that date remains within the MailChimp and/or Email Octopus database and is covered under their policy. Once you unsubscribe from my list, I can not do anything with that data, it is locked. You have the right to resubscribe at any time, and that history remains intact.
