Steve Evans and I had a really fun chat with Salford born writer Philip. In May 2019 his debut novel, Diary of a Call Centre Agent, was published by Austin Macauley in both paperback and e-book. His second novel, The Presence, was released in March 2022. He has a long history of working in both the travel and finance industries. Over the years, he has tried writing five different books before getting around to finishing two and may now actually get around to completing the other three. Philip has extensive experience in sports writing, most specifically about football and his beloved Manchester United.
