I ignore all negative comments unless they include a constructive element otherwise I ignore them. All good constructive comments should be stored for future use but I never reply to any review. I say thank you on my FB page if the reviewer is following me.
One lesson I have learned is that no book can be researched enough. The more you work on detail the more believable your story - characters, geographics, weather, mood, and dialogue that makes sense and is not a padding tool.
