      • Always wanted to be a writer. I can't ever remember a time (since I've been able to read and write) that I was not actively writing songs, stories and poems.

      • Yes! For me when I get an idea now I immediately write a paragraph and save it. Or do a skeleton outline. Then when down the line I come back to that I'm not staring at blank screen.

      • Learning how to making something cohesive when my process is so chaotic. I have major ADHD brain and so in the process of creating I can be all over the place and often will work on multiple things at once. But in the end I always manage to reign it in and form something cohesive.

      • I started reading very young and the library was my most favorite place in the world. So just reading a lot caused me to fall in love with writing. I've been writing since I could read and write.

      • I write while battling chronic illness and that can be doubly draining. My advice would be to make sure you have a way to pour back into yourself. Read, listen, watch, go outside do things that bring you joy, that fill you up, that refresh you. You cannot pour from an empty cup. Also rest when you can.
