I began my journey by writing political journals with my professor at university. At first, my writing was more scientific and theoretical. However, I have discovered my unique style, which is characterized by realism and emotion. This journey hasn't been without its challenges, but I have committed myself to refining my craft and reading extensively. As an African, mastering the English language can sometimes feel like a chore.
To achieve my writing goal for the year, I adopted systems that promote effective writing. Approach it this way: how can I write 2,500 words in a month? For instance, I set aside 30 minutes three times a week, and as a single mother, I write when my son goes to bed.
