Sweet Sleep was brutal. I was bawling so hard I couldn't see while writing this book. The next second I'd be laughing. Here's my tip, if you're traumatised writing the book, everyone else will be reading it. If you can bring a stranger with you on an emotional journey, you've written something amazing.
