      • Seven years ago, a pilot friend challenged me to write an aviation related adventure and place him and myself in as the main characters. I expressed to him my frustration with not being able to find much in the way of flight related adventures to read. I had never written anything longer than a page of narrative in my life, but always dreamed of authoring a novel. I accepted his challenge. Forty-three chapters, 588 pages later, the action-packed adventure DELIVERIES is rolling onto the market! DELIVERIES is filled with real life snippets from my life and there isn't hardy a page where there isn't something meaningful to me and to others that hasn't made it into the story. Each character is very loosely based on family and friends, so it was a blast to write dialogue and create an adventure that places everyone in the epicenter of never-ending mayhem!

      • Throughout my seven year writing journey to complete my debut novel DELIVERIES, I've lost count of how many times I sat behind my computer and came up with nothing. Not even one word! During those times of staring at a flashing cursor, I often times just walked away for an hour or two, sometimes even stretching into a day or more. Once I returned to my story, I'd see things with fresher eyes. (Black coffee definitely helps) I'd backtrack a few pages and regroup by reading from where I had left off. It's funny, but when you take a break, the words often begin to flow.
