I am a wife, mother and an author that deals with bipolar disorder and anxiety. I used these as my superpowers to create my book from the chronic nightmares I would have dealing with these disorders. I became a mental health advocate as well because society puts us all in one box when everyone is different and I would love to have that narrative change.
