BIOGRAPHY

Born and raised on the east side of Stamford, Connecticut, Althea Willis spent most of her adult life living in the south. She always knew she had an imaginative mind at a very young age, but she never thought that her creativity and imagination would get her this far. Coming from someone who is an introvert, she had to learn to embrace her gift and take on new ventures.

Althea hopes to inspire those who let fear hold them back to take a leap of faith and pursue their passion no matter how challenging it may be along the way. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, spending time with family and friends, traveling, fishing, listening to her favorite R&B music with a glass of wine, and much more!

Her personal motto is "Don't waste time thinking of what you like to do. Use that time to do what you love to do!"

      • Writing a book sounds easier than done. My number one tip I have is you have to be patient with yourself and trust the process! As long as you have that, you will get through it and it will all be worth it at the end!

      • When creating your book cover, your goal is to grab your readers attention. Have a vision and bring out your creativity. The title will speak for itself. You don’t want to confuse your readers, you want to make sure that it makes sense to you and your audience!
