As a graduate of the Georg-August University of Göttingen in the subjects of literature and philosophy, I have developed a great passion for reading and writing since my childhood, two activities that have always been an integral part of my life and have accompanied me in my professional career .
Over the years, I have been writing books on nutrition, focusing on two main areas: family recipe books and nutrition plan texts designed to prevent the effects of aging on our bodies.
With my cookbooks I want to offer culinary solutions to families who prefer healthy and natural ingredients of the highest quality. I firmly believe that good nutrition is the basis for a healthy and happy life and with my recipes I try to convey this belief by suggesting tasty and healthy dishes that can be easily cooked by anyone.
In parallel, I have dedicated a large part of my work to creating nutritional plans aimed at preventing the effects of aging. In collaboration with nutritionists and experts in the field, I have developed texts that combine scientific rigor and practical applicability, with the aim of providing useful tools for maintaining the body's health over the years.
My academic training in literature and philosophy gives me a solid cultural and critical foundation, which I always use in my work as an author and editor. Every project I undertake is characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to excellence.
