About I am an avid reader, have been for 65 years beginning at age 5. I read every night and whenever I get a few free moments. My kindle is always near by. If not I'll read packages, print wall paper, whatever is with range. I give my grandfather credit for this. He was born in 1893 so he only got a few years of education. But he was a very smart man. And he often told me in a country with books, magazines, etc we had no excuse for lack of knowledge. He sat me on his lap when. I was 3 and began teaching me to read. By 5 I could read at 2nd grade level, by sixth grade I read at Impressive speeds with full retention of the information. And I've never slowed down. Especially if I need to learn about a topic or just got my hands on something interesting.
