Horace writes with compassion and grace, and most importantly he writes to instill hope. He seeks to draw his readers into the peace and comfort that our Father has given him, and readers will feel uplifted as a result of reading his words.
I was moved by his story and appreciated how he shared his own personal experiences throughout the book to help the reader absorb the importance of his message. Williams answers a lot of the questions that many have about what prayer actually is if it works, and why it may seem like God is not listening -- when in fact He really is.
The Scriptures Williams quotes work quite well with his topics, and the PowerPoint summaries are a great way to make sure you've got the full message of the chapter
“Horace Williams Jr. has done it again! This precious man has created an awesome resource about the power of prayer. Daily verses, words of wisdom, thought-provoking questions, and plenty of places to write. This study guide has it all!â€
