Syed Khalid Iftikhar got his early education from a renowned elementary school in Lahore and then from the prestigious Pakistan Air Force (PAF) Public School, Sargodha. He then joined PAF Academy at Risalpur as a General Duty Pilot (GDP) cadet where he successfully completed his solo flight. He was later assigned to the navigation branch but he opted to leave the Academy and proceeded to the United States of America (USA) where he studied business management from Shelton State Technical Institute, Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Then he returned to Pakistan and started his own business in Lahore w... hich he continued till his retirement. He is a hard-working man who has a beautiful family life with his lovely wife and three well-groomed children. He is an avid follower of history, philosophy and science. He is a nature lover to the core and enjoys simple and rustic life. He maintains a farm to fulfil his love for nature. He is also a talented artist who likes to paint in his leisure time. His collection includes oil paintings on wildlife, horses and other natural objects. He has travelled to the Americas and Europe, and also visited the Muslim holy places in Mecca and Medina.
