I am a reading enthusiast of fiction, 56 years of age, born and educated in Kuwait. I am currently residing in New Delhi with my family.
I am passionate about writing fiction with a purpose. As a versatile writer, I navigate various genres, from poignant fiction to thought-provoking essays. My stories often explore female identity, and stories that connect the reader with the essence of benevolence and goodwill.
One can find my work online on prestigious platforms such as Reesdy, Readomania, Blogchatter and StoryMirror. One of my short stories won me the IFP (Indian Film Project) World Silver award, and will be coming out in an anthology soon. A short story of mine has also been longlisted in the Strands International Flash Fiction Competition.
I recently published my debut book, The Game of Rochambeau. My forthcoming second book on the Ten Sikh Gurus, slated for publication with Westland Publishing House, promises to be a profound exploration of faith and heritage. I am currently working on my next book which is a compilation of short fictional stories.
