Where were you born? Since how long have you been living in Adelaide, Australia?
I was born in Cape Town South Africa. I've lived in Adelaide, Australia for seven years now.
Which is your favorite show on Netflix?
Shameless, I love the drama mixed with comedy. It's about a dysfunctional family and it's really entertaining.
What is the most ideal ambience for you to write in?
Music, I can only write to music. It inspires me.
You are really fond of reading. What is your favorite genre to read?
Romance but also science fiction. I love to read books about mermaids and fairies as well.
What do you enjoy doing apart from writing in your free time?
Read, watch Netflix and paint. I love painting.
Who inspired the character of King Aquarius in "Worlds Meet"?
An actor from a movie, I just loved his look and thought his face structure would be perfect for King Aquarius in Worlds Meet.
How did you come up with the title of your book, Truth Come to Light?
I was searching for a unique name and Truth Come to Light popped into my mind. It fits the book perfectly because the archaeologists are looking for the truth.
What was the moment when you decided that you wanted to be a published writer?
I wanted to share my three part series with the world because we're all searching for answers about the universe and where we come from. I think readers will enjoy my three part series because it answers those questions.
If you could bring any one of the three archaeologists, DR Paige Andres, Lauren Williams and Caleb Daniels to life, who would it be?
Definitely DR Paige Andrews, she''s my idol and she's me. I wrote her to depict me. I've studied Archaeology and have a thirst for knowledge. If Paige was in the real world she would be solving all the mysteries.
Which of the two books in The Enlightenment series was the most difficult to write? Why?
Truth Come to Light. I was unwell for a period of time and I didn't write for a year but when I came back to it I wrote a chapter a day.
Are there going to be more books in The Enlightenment series? If so, can you tell us something about the protagonist?
Unfortunately not, I've published my third part of the series and the story has ended but on a happy note.
Writing the science fiction genre requires the writer to let his/her imagination run wild. What are the other tricks of the craft that a fiction writer needs to know?
Write whatever you want, don't restrict yourself because you think it's not normal. Just write. Don't worry about other authors, we are all unique.
What has been your most significant achievement as a writer till now?
Getting my books published and making some sales is an achievement but also just sharing my stories with the public. Another big achievement is completing the three part series, I didn't think I would finish them and I did.
Which book are you currently working on? When do you plan to release it?
I'm taking a break now because I have studies starting and I need to use all my time on studying.
When did you join AllAuthor? How has your experience with AllAuthor been?
I joined AllAuthour last year in 2019 and it's been a great experience. My book is being promoted on social media and I've gained followers and met other authors virtually.
