If there's one thing Savanna Mills has learned in life, it's nearly impossible to convince someone you're a killer if you can't produce a body. He wasn't expecting to cause bodily harm to an angel but, when he knocks Savanna Mills unconscious while racing to apprehend a purse snatcher, he finds himself enchanted by her silver-blond hair and ensnared in the depths of her haunting gray eyes. He can tell she's interested but, he can also tell she doesn't want to be. Which means, he is only going to have to work harder to win her love. He just doesn't know he'll have to defeat a serial killer in order to do it.
