The author wanted to create a book of everyday struggles that women just didn't feel comfortable with or just plain did not like about themselves. So after interviews with women in person and on social platforms, this was the end result. The book posts the women's statements, bible chapters for encouragement and blunt/ common sense resolutions with a bit of humor.
